I'm reposting this a few weeks later but on JULY 18th 2008 through sheer emotional coincidence (via my family and little italy's help) I've met the new tenants of 7157 St-Dominique / they deserve my respect and their newfound home. A heavy load was lifted off of my shoulders and I was in a complete state of semi-explicable euphorism for the following 24 hours.
