Intricate details revealing so little. I've never been fond of surprises and in turn I waste too much time expecting the unexpected. You might call it a self-defense mechanism but those tend to actually "work". Add it the list of pointless concerns (careless optimism). I'll go out on a limb here 'cause it'll come out very tacky so be warned -- I'm "dreaming of sleep" (see?). It's all in the details.
